prioritizr SyncroSim package

GitHub release

Systematic conservation prioritization

prioritizr is an open-source SyncroSim package for building and solving conservation planning problems using the prioritizr R package.

prioritizr SyncroSim allows users to run the latest prioritizr R code without having to manage data and scenarios on their own. Through the SyncroSim platform, users can run a systematic conservation prioritization analysis using either a Windows user interface or through scripts written in R or Python.

For details on model parameters and configurations, see the prioritizr R reference.

Requirements

This package requires SyncroSim 3.1.0 or higher and Rtools 4.0. For more information on how to install the package requirements, see the Getting started page.
